Located in Brandywine, Maryland, this 56-acre development presents significant geotechnical challenges due to the saturated ground conditions. To establish a stable building platform, Delmarva has been asked to raise the site elevation by up to 22 feet, requiring over 600,000 cubic yards of engineered fill— delivered through the coordinated effort of approximately 40,000 dump trucks. Currently in Phase One, our team is managing complex logistics, soft soil conditions, and scheduling demands with precision. Through careful planning and strong supplier relationships, Delmarva continues to advance the project efficiently while preparing the groundwork for long-term success.

Located at the recently completed Ritchie Marlboro Road interchange on the Capital Beltway, Ritchie Station Marketplace is a large scale commercial development with over 1,000,000 square feet of available pad sites. This project represents one of the premier commercial developments in Prince George's County because it boasts 1,000 feet of frontage along the Capital Beltway and is in close proximity to the last planned interchange along this highway.
