The scope includes the movement of over 3 million cubic yards of earth, two large culverts, and the implementation of over 24 sediment traps. Located at the recently completed Ritchie Marlboro Road interchange on the Capital Beltway, Ritchie Station Marketplace is a large scale commercial development with over 1,000,000 square feet of available pad sites. This project represents one of the premier commercial developments in Prince George's County because it boasts 1,000 feet of frontage along the Capital Beltway and is in close proximity to the last planned interchange along this highway. The site is now home to several national tenants including BJ's Wholesale Club, Bed Bath & Beyond, TJ Maxx, Big Lots, Modell’s, Dollar Tree, DSW, McDonald's, Pohanka car dealerships, Dave & Buster’s, Ashley Furniture, and Gold's Gym.

Marlboro Ridge is a master plan residential community located off Ritchie Marlboro Road in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. Consisting of over 1,000 single family townhouse and detached units, this expansive and well-designed community is a testament to the vision of Toll Brothers, Inc. and Prince George’s County. An equestrian center and a significant network of riding and pedestrian trails add to the overall recreational appeal.

Located in Brandywine, Maryland, this 56-acre development presents significant geotechnical challenges due to the saturated ground conditions. To establish a stable building platform, Delmarva has been asked to raise the site elevation by up to 22 feet, requiring over 600,000 cubic yards of engineered fill— delivered through the coordinated effort of approximately 40,000 dump trucks. Currently in Phase One, our team is managing complex logistics, soft soil conditions, and scheduling demands with precision. Through careful planning and strong supplier relationships, Delmarva continues to advance the project efficiently while preparing the groundwork for long-term success.

Implemented a robust stormwater strategy for a growing landfill site—three large SWM basins paired with perimeter controls to manage runoff, protect adjacent areas, and keep the project compliant through every phase of development.

The site features numerous individual lots and extensive utility infrastructure, all installed with Delmarva’s signature efficiency and coordination. A standout element is the massive underground stormwater detention facility, measuring 22 feet deep and capable of holding over 1.2 Million (1,228,241) gallons of water, requiring the excavation of 17,000 cubic yards of soil. This project reflects our confidence, capability, and commitment to excellence in complex commercial environments.

Despite this, Delmarva has stayed ahead of schedule, moving so efficiently that we're ready for construction to begin before the final building plans are even complete. This project reflects our readiness, adaptability, and strong roots in the region we call home.
