As a trusted subcontractor for ARCO, we’ve worked seamlessly alongside a vast team—6 contractors on-site—to meet the project’s aggressive timeline without compromising quality. The site features numerous individual lots and extensive utility infrastructure, all installed with Delmarva’s signature efficiency and coordination. A standout element is the massive underground stormwater detention facility, measuring 22 feet deep and capable of holding over 1.2 Million (1,228,241) gallons of water, requiring the excavation of 17,000 cubic yards of soil. This project reflects our confidence, capability, and commitment to excellence in complex commercial environments.
